Kapa Biosystems solutions for NextGEN Sequencing
Kapa Biosystems uses novel enzymes engineered through in vitromolecular evolution to develop a suite of innovative products for next generation sequencing library preparation,
amplification and quantification.
The Kapa Library preparation and amplification kits employ Kapa Biosystems' engineered B-family polymerase, Kapa Hifi Hotstart. This enzyme was selected for the following key features:
- The highest fidelity of any commercially availably polymerase
- Minimal GC or AT bias
- The processivity to amplify up to 15kb.
